PGL has already run two major Counter-Strike 2 tournaments in the city, in 2025 and 2026. Both played out in front of a packed arena, with the strongest teams in the world on stage and an atmosphere that put Cluj-Napoca on the international esports map.
Thousands of fans traveled from across the country and abroad to watch matches decided in the final round, and the images from the arena traveled around the world.
PGL Cluj-Napoca 2027 will invite the world's best teams to Cluj.
The playoff stage will be played live, in front of the crowd, at BTarena, from February 19 to 21, 2027.
Three days of Counter-Strike at the highest level, featuring the most important matches of the tournament: quarterfinals, semifinals and the grand final.
The third year in a row that Cluj hosts Counter-Strike at the highest level.
